Moretele Call-Centre

The Centre will serve a purpose of receiving queries from the general community regarding service delivery and other queries about the departments within the municipality and other regional government departments.  The Centre has employed and trained some of the local young people. The customer care agent will professionally handle incoming calls and do follow-ups on the status of those calls. And then they contact the complainant and give a status report. The Centre is open on Mon – Fri from 08h00 – 16h00.
