Moretele Call-Centre

Call-Centre serve a purpose of receiving queries from the general community regarding service delivery and other queries that relate to council departments within the municipality and other regional government departments. The Call-Centre has employed and trained some of the local young people. The customer care agent handle incoming calls and do follow-ups on the status of registered calls. And then they contact the complainant and give a status report. The Centre is open on Mon – Fri from 08h00 – 16h00.
